|Most of us have been staying at home a lot more recently, given the circumstances. For myself, I would classify myself as mostly introverted meaning I am okay to spend time by myself, doing individual activities like blogging or reading. I am completely okay spending a lot of time inside and tend to keep myself busy. However, I also enjoy being in surroundings that are calm and personalized with items that have meaning to me.
|When was the last night you remember having a great night sleep? While I am hopeful your answer is 'last night' the fact is that many of us are waking up without feeling rested from the sleep we had the night before. This could result from not having enough hours of sleep, experiencing a restless night, or having difficult falling asleep from worries on our mind.
|Lately I have been wondering how I can become more of an advocate for every day sustainability practices in order to do my part to take care of our planet. I was taught early on by my parents that recycling is important and to take the time to rinse out recyclable materials and bring reusable bags when I shop. I also mostly take public transportation or walk to get around in my daily life, so being 'green' is very much already in my nature.

|Technology is part of our every day life and, if used moderately, can actually be useful at streamlining work processes, connect us with others in meaningful and immediate ways, and can also help us to learn and grow as individuals. There are so many things to do on our devices, it can be difficult to find the most useful program or application, especially when it comes to improving our mental health and wellness.
