While I am hopeful your answer is 'last night' the fact is that many of us are waking up without feeling rested from the sleep we had the night before. This could result from not having enough hours of sleep, experiencing a restless night, or having difficult falling asleep from worries on our mind.
|Adding a smoothie to your day can be a healthy and refreshing meal or snack to have throughout your day. It can also be an even better way to start your day than a cup of coffee (don't get me wrong, I love my morning coffee) but if you're looking for something a bit different, a smoothie bowl is the way to go.
