|The buzz around using natural and sustainable products in your every day life doesn't seem to be 'just another fad' - and I for one am glad! It's important to take care of ourselves which includes our mind, body and spirit, and using natural products in the home or kitchen can be a great start to treating ourselves right.. not to mention taking better care of the environment!
|Lately I have been wondering how I can become more of an advocate for every day sustainability practices in order to do my part to take care of our planet. I was taught early on by my parents that recycling is important and to take the time to rinse out recyclable materials and bring reusable bags when I shop. I also mostly take public transportation or walk to get around in my daily life, so being 'green' is very much already in my nature.

Allergens are small particles that can be found in a variety of sources, such as dust mite excretion, pollen, pet dander or even more sinister environmental sources like mold. Even if you don't have an allergic reaction, you can still be negatively impacted by allergens in the air.
