|When I first discovered essential oils a few years ago I quickly learned that there are so many different uses for these aromatherapy powerhouses that can ultimately help aid in rest and relaxation, which is right up my alley as a therapist and mental health blogger! So when I found out there was a way to increase the potency of essential oils, I was immediately intrigued.
|Have you been noticing yourself sneezing frequently, or rubbing your eyes from irritation? It might be due to the allergens in the room you're in at the moment. Allergens are small particles that can be found in a variety of sources, such as dust mite excretion, pollen, pet dander or even more sinister environmental sources like mold. Even if you don't have an allergic reaction, you can still be negatively impacted by allergens in the air.
|Since discovering the power of essential oils in my own life, I have been able to share the benefits of these natural aromatic compounds with so many others in my own life and across the globe. Yet there can be so much information that it can be tough to be able to share it all.
|One of the main reasons that I personally became interested in using essential oils in my own life was because of the pain I started to experience in one of my wrists. Other than experiencing normal aches and pains in my body, I had never before experienced localized and ongoing pain from overusing and straining any part of my body.
|Copaiba Essential Oil is derived from the resin of the copaiba tree which can incredibly grow upwards of more than 100 feet and can be found in tropical South America.
|Valentine's Day is right around the corner and February is a fantastic month to increase the passion and love in your life either towards yourself or within your relationships. Feeling connected to yourself and others is a fundamental human need, so it's okay to want a bit of romance in your life!
|When I first started learning about essential oils and their uses, I was most interested in how they could be used to replace so many of the chemicals I was using on a daily basis in my own home. I went around and did an inventory check in my kitchen and bathroom since I hadn't really thought too much about what I used on my surfaces to clean.
