|A little known fact about me is that I have always been fascinated and inspired by the spiritual or metaphysical realm. And regardless of an individuals spiritual or religious beliefs, I am certain that most individuals would agree on the idea of internal transformation and healing, regardless of it's form.
|Everywhere we look, the world is a chaotic mess. Nobody knows what the future holds, and everyone is worrying about it. As I write this, my state is in the middle of a stay-at-home order that the governor might not lift for a while. Like everyone else, my world got tipped on its side when the novel coronavirus started spreading across the globe.
|One change I have noticed since staying at home a lot more in the past month is that I am constantly looking around my home and thinking of ideas to create a cozier, more inviting space. I find myself asking "How can I update this space to reflect an environment that encourages self-care and peacefulness but with a minimal budget?".
|We're living in a scary and unfamiliar time. There are many people who haven't seen their family members and friends in weeks. Millions of people are struggling to find their new normal while working from home. And for some, staying home isn't an option.
