|Over the last few years, weighted blankets have risen in popularity due to the vast amount of benefits that come with them. For those of you that don’t know, a weighted blanket is exactly what they sound like; a blanket with weighted materials in them that come in different sizes.
|When I first discovered essential oils a few years ago I quickly learned that there are so many different uses for these aromatherapy powerhouses that can ultimately help aid in rest and relaxation, which is right up my alley as a therapist and mental health blogger! |As I’m writing this article, one out-of-place object catches my peripheral vision. I stand up, pick it up, and go back to writing. And then, looking around for inspiration, I see another stuff strewn on the floor – I pick it up again and that’s basically my work-life story.
