It can be extremely tempting to simply give each day all you have. This is how we’ve been told that things move forward, and how we’ll achieve our goals. Of course, that’s true. You need to work hard and stay committed in order to achieve anything of worth. If it’s handed to you on a plate, you’ll often not appreciate the true act of achievement. However, this must never come at the expense of learning how to reflect.

Sometimes, you can be this friend. It’s important to consider just how your friendship group is stewarded, and remember, your time is valuable and should only be given to those who are worth it.
