Aromatherapy, "also referred to as Essential Oil therapy, can be defined as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. It seeks to unify physiological, psychological and spiritual processes to enhance an individual’s innate healing process".
Essential oils are a great way to experience the benefits of aromatherapy. Essential oils "are simply a mixture of volatile aromatic compounds. I just got into essential oils about a year ago ad haven't turned back! They have helped me time and time again-I don't think I'll ever give them up! I am diffusing a clarity blend as we speak!! Love your suggestion about roll ons- I bought a few empty tubes off Amazon that I can fill with whatever I like! Have you ever tried that?!
