My Blogging Story
I started this blog in order to share my professional knowledge around the topic of mental health and well-being through an easy-to-understand and informative format. I found that many professional sources of mental health information contain quite a lot of useful information, but often times explained with medical lingo and complicated jargon, which may be difficult or even frustrating to understand.
My goal in writing blog articles and other content (including my free eBook on anxiety) is to help others understand and cope with any difficulties they may be experiencing with their overall health and well-being.
