Humanistic I work to increase a clients self-understanding through guiding the full experience of one's feelings and focusing on the potential of an individual. This allows a client to actively choose to focus on matters related to themselves and their lives.
Mindfulness Helps you bring complete attention to your present experience on a moment-to-moment basis in order to increase awareness and calm you.

Person Centred Therapy The goals of PCT is to provide you with an opportunity to develop a sense of yourself wherein you can realize how your attitudes, feelings and behaviour are being negatively affected and then make an effort to find your true positive potential.
Solution-Focused Therapy This approach to counselling focuses on achievable goals rather than dwelling on the issue(s) that made you seek help. As your counsellor, I use respectful curiosity to invite you to envision your preferred future and then work towards helping you achieve this.
Narrative Therapy Exploring a clients individual "story" and work towards expanding and altering its meaning so that you can feel happier and more fulfilled.
