|One of the main reasons that I personally became interested in using essential oils in my own life was because of the pain I started to experience in one of my wrists. Other than experiencing normal aches and pains in my body, I had never before experienced localized and ongoing pain from overusing and straining any part of my body.

The pain in my right wrist started to become quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to perform every day tasks like using the computer to blog or work my regular job that required a lot of time using the keyboard. I knew I needed to explore options of reducing or preventing this pain in my wrist so I invested in a wrist brace, explored YouTube tutorials that talked about movement or stretches that could help, and took pain medication to get through some days.
For a time, these options seemed to be working to reduce the pain I had been feeling in my wrist, but at the end of the day I sometimes had trouble falling asleep because of the dull throbbing that I felt in my right wrist. At this point, I had started discovering the many health and wellness benefits of essential oils, and was intrigued to find out that there were options for pain relief.
I discovered the incredible benefits of using doTERRA's Deep Blue Rub that relieved the pain in my wrist (and also smells incredible) and I now carry a tube of it around with me everywhere. I have been facing various muscle pains since last year. I already met with different specialists who are experts in this section. But none of them help me to release from this problem. Recently I am seeing some muscle pain removing therapy video in different social media. Is that therapy helpful? I badly need some suggestions regarding this. Thanks.

Hi Nancy, thank you for your comment. I'm sorry to hear about the muscle pain you have been experiencing lately. I'm not able to give advice on medical treatments but I would say to be sure that you are receiving treatment from a certified professional. You might always want to search for reviews on Google for the particular therapy you are considering. Best of luck, take care!
